INTHEBLK

MRM InTheBlk is the first Black affinity group at the global marketing agency MRM (specifically initiated in Detroit), created to empower Black professionals, amplify their voices, and drive diversity within the advertising industry. We collaborated with the founding partners of the group to create a personal launch story. The film serves as an expression of their mission to drive meaningful change and amplify Black voices within the advertising landscape.
